The bin can be kept for a period of 7 days- however this can be extended if required.
When will you deliver/ pick up the bin?
The bin will be delivered according to the date and time you choose. The bin will automatically be picked up after the 7 day period. Please note if you require it to be picked up sooner or later please give us a call.
How soon can you deliver my skip bin?
Order your skip bin before 12pm and have it delivered the same day.
What happens if I overload my bin?
All bins must not be filled above the rim due to safety regulations. If the bin is overloaded Wahoo suggests that you order an additional bin or you may be charged an extra fee to remove the waste.
How do I pay for my bin?
Full payment must be provided on bin delivery. Payments we accept include cash, bank transfer, visa card and MasterCard.
Can my bin be placed on the road/ nature strip?
If you request for your bin to be placed on the road or nature strip, you will be required to obtain a council permit otherwise you may incur a penalty notice.
